About the Role:

Are you looking to build a high-demand hands-on career in advanced manufacturing or pipeline construction We are currently seeking entry-level candidates for our welding career pipeline.

You do not need any prior welding experience to apply. We match local talent with accelerated top-tier training academies to get you certified and on the fast track to working with leading local employers.

What You Will Do:

Train in foundational welding processes including stick (SMAW) MIG and TIG.
Learn to read structural blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
Master shop safety protocols tool handling and personal protective equipment usage.
Prepare for and complete American Welding Society (AWS) certification tests.

What We Are Looking For:

High School Diploma GED or equivalent.
Strong spatial awareness and great hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to learn take instruction and work in a structured shop environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
