Job Summary

Global LTsis looking for an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate a Working Across Cultures program.

Job Information:

Cultural Trainerto present in-person and virtual cross-cultural training sessions to several groups of employees: separate sessions for Chinese employees (training conducted in Mandarin) and US employees (training conducted in English)
In-person presentation of1 day (4 hours) to big groups of employees at their office in Michigan (ZIP code: 48188) followed by 1-hour virtual sessions with small groups (2-5 people)
A specific schedule is yet to be confirmed but the trainingshould take place between April 15 and May 31

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored dynamic effective and engaging sessions
Delivering personalized programs that address business social and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
Communicating in an efficient effective and professional manner

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields
Good communication and presentation skills
