Role:

• EstablishISO 27001information security framework and LeadSOC2readiness
• Managecustomer audit preparation and support(security quality IP protection)
• DevelopNDA and data handling protocolsfor customer co-location
• Createphysical security controlsfor customer-dedicated lab spaces
• Buildcustomer compliance value proposition

Quality Management Systems

• ImplementISO 9001quality framework for test operations
• EstablishISO 17025lab accreditation roadmap
• Designdocument control hierarchy(policies procedures work instructions)
• Coordinateinternal auditsacross compliance domains
• Managecompliance registerfor certifications licenses and audit schedules

Risk & Compliance Operations

• Conductrisk assessmentsfor new customer engagements and lab configurations
• Implementaccess control and visitor managementfor lab environments
• Developincident response proceduresfor security/IP incidents
• Createcompliance dashboardshowing certification status audit findings metrics
• Partner with Legal oncustomer contract compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5 yearsin quality management information security or customer compliance roles
• Experience withISO 27001 SOC2 and/or ISO 9001implementation and audits
• Background indata centers lab or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding ofrisk assessment and control frameworks
• BS/BA degreein Engineering Information Security Quality Management or related field
• Proven ability toprepare for and support customer auditssuccessfully

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge ofISO 17025 lab accreditationrequirements and implementation
• Experience withServiceNow GRC (Governance Risk Compliance)modules
