We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Sales Manager / Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and lead daily sales operations at our Tukwila-based slab warehouse.
This is a player-coach role ou will both close deals and build a disciplined high-performing sales process for a small team.
Compensation
$70000 $90000/year base salary commission (based on performance)
What Youll Do
Lead daily sales activities and personally handle key accounts and major deals
Manage incoming leads quotations follow-ups and closing
Run weekly pipeline reviews and maintain CRM accuracy
Coach and manage a small sales team to hit revenue and margin targets
Coordinate closely with warehouse operations on inventory reservations and deliveries
Build relationships with fabricators contractors kitchen companies and trade accounts
Improve pricing discipline and optimize gross margin
Help establish SOPs sales processes and KPI tracking
What Were Looking For
3 years of B2B sales experience (building materials stone countertops kitchens or interiors preferred)
Proven ability to both sell and lead a team
Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills
Hands-on results-driven and accountable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment
Valid drivers license (local travel required)
