We are seeking a skilled Certified Salesforce Developer with 56 years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Service and Experience cloud. The role requires strong capabilities in custom development integration automation and platform governance ensuring high-quality secure and scalable solutions.

LOCATION: Richardson TX 75080
SALARY: 120k to 130k DOE
HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Service and Experience clouds
• Strong in interpreting business requirement and documenting it for writing strong technical stories
• Developed Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Aura components and custom CSS.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch Queueable and Scheduled jobs.
• Design and maintain Flows Process Builder and Workflow Rules for business process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Apply platform security standards enforce governance limits and ensure adherence to best practices for data code and integration security.
• Participate in code reviews solution design sessions and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while ensuring compliance with Salesforce limits and security standards.

Required Skills:

• 56 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales Service Experience).
• 2 year development experience in Apex LWC Aura Components Visualforce and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations external APIs and synchronous/asynchronous processes.
• Expertise in Flows platform automation batch processing queueable jobs and scheduled jobs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security governance limits and platform best practices.
• Experience in implementing secure scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) - Required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) - Required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD Git and DevOps processes in Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud
