About the Role
Anomaly Squared is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center PreSales Agent to join our growing telecommunications this role you will contact prospective customers identify their needs and qualify leads that support our sales pipeline. This is a fastpaced metricsdriven position where your communication skills and professionalism directly contribute to our success.
This is a remote fulltime position available only to candidates residing in the approved states listed below.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and determine interest in our services
- Qualify leads and collect accurate information for the sales team
- Maintain detailed and organized records in CRM software
- Build rapport quickly and represent Anomaly Squared with professionalism
- Meet daily and weekly performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- Must provide your own equipment (Windows PC highspeed internet USB headset quiet workspace)
- Must currently live and reside in one of the following states:
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Georgia
- Texas
- Oklahoma
- Kansas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
