As the Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. You will oversee staff management financial performance and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage train and mentor staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- 3 Years of drive-through restaurant management experience
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
