Provide high-quality outpatient care manage an established caseload and collaborate with a rehab
team to deliver patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform evaluations treatment planning and documentation
Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab providers
Manage patient caseload efficiently
Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation
Contribute to program development

Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa
2 years outpatient/private practice experience
Orthopedic/sports rehab experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
