- Knowledge / understanding of allergens / nutritional needs of college students
- Attend bi-weekly dining services advisory board meetings and trainings as needed
- Create an inclusive dining menu for all students
- Review weekly dining counts / per item and make recommendations for weekly calendar of dinner options
- Perform other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | - Demonstrate good verbal communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cuisines / dietary needs of students
- Ability to review collect and study data/ trends in campus dining
- Comfortability engaging with peers
- Desire to contribute to big picture of student services
- Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds while exhibiting a positive caring and helpful attitude
- Comfortability engaging with peers
- Attending the bi-weekly Dining Advisory Board meetings on Tuesdays at 5pm
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
