Responsibilities (or learn how to:)

• Greet loaner customers and begin the process of having the vehicle pulled up by the valet team and assist with getting customers to their service advisor for a proper check out
• Verify all agreements are closed vehicles are inspected and outstanding balances are charged in the system against the card on file
• Ensure vehicles being checked in/out are properly noted/documented for condition damage fuel usage etc. according to company standards
• Obtain estimates when damage is found and follow vehicles through the repair process maintaining awareness and communicating status and timeline to the team
• Monitor and maintain awareness of loaner car reporting and stats - utilization average length of loan etc.
• Confirm and coordinate pre-assigning of loaners to the daily appointments and ensure that vehicles are staged and ready for appointments. This includes checking condition verifying documentation registration insurance etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Related experience is preferred but not a requirement!
• Availability to maintain the working schedule
  
  • Monday- Friday 7am- 5:30pm
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask and provide top notch customer service
• Valid drivers license for at least one year (this does not include your learner permit)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass our background motor vehicle record and 4-panel drug screening package
