Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants residents visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances maintenance concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including lobbies hallways parking areas common areas and perimeter locations helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and property activity assist with visitor and vendor interactions and report suspicious behavior hazards and/or unusual conditions at the location.
• Support daily operations at commercial real estate and residential locations by following post orders communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed and completing assigned reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for role.
• Possess a guard card.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
