Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Tech to join our healthcare team. Iowa Radiology is a patient-centered practice that promotes a more compassionate approach to medicine. Location: Ankeny office team

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM

Flexible full-time schedule of 40 hours per week

The ideal MRI Tech will play a crucial role in helping us continue to be the premier provider of radiologic services in Iowa by providing high-quality imaging services ensuring patient safety and delivering accurate diagnostic information.

Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist:

Performing MRI scans on patients according to established protocols and procedures.
Providing compassionate care including explanation of procedures to patients their family and others as needed to ensure the patients understanding of the exam to be performed.
Providing proper protection to patients self and others in the MRI room in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
The MRI Technologist will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging results while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Following established protocols for infection control and patient safety during all procedures.

Qualifications of the MRI Technologist:

Graduation from an AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
Must be ARRT certified in MRI and Radiography
Must have a current state permit to practice.
