Agronomy Laborer/Agricultural Applicator
As an Agronomy laborer/Agricultural applicator you will directly work with growers and organizational personnel to support the local agronomy program and carry out the day-to-day activities of the Agronomy location. The person in this position is also responsible for efficiently and properly operating custom application equipment for both fertilizer and chemical while maintaining clean safe equipment and facilities.
Experience is helpful but Central Dakota Frontier Cooperative will provide training for the right individual to work on our Agronomy team. This opportunity can help you grow and develop a great career in the agriculture field.
Necessary qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Exceptional work ethic positive attitude and self-motivated
Teamwork and communication skills are a must
Customer Focus and professionalism
Ability to obtain an ND applicator license
CDL or ability to obtain is required and DFC will help train and acquire
This is a full-time position that offers a great benefit package that includes health insurance Dental 401K and an applied acre bonus. Package also includes paid holidays PTO and sick pay.
