As a Security Officer Access Control Specialist in Bridgeville PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an Allied Universal professional in a manufacturing and industrial location you will help manage access control monitor entry activity and support badge verification while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to stay engaged with people and technology remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns and contribute through teamwork integrity and a caring reliable and innovative approach.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by following access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor authorization and document arrivals departures and other access-related activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts supervisors and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings production-adjacent areas parking areas and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Support receiving delivery and contractor access processes by confirming approved entry directing traffic flow and reporting policy violations maintenance issues and/or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
