The Role
The Fort Worth PDC Dealer Liaison is the primary point of contact for dealers and customers regarding Fort Worth PDC operations. This role is responsible for resolving customer issues related to orders claims returns transportation and logistics while ensuring timely communication accurate information and complete issue resolution. The position works closely with plant leadership operations field sales and multiple corporate teams to support customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as the main contact for Fort Worth PDC dealer and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate special order requests such as cancellations pullaheads release holds alternate shipto locations and PO shipping exceptions.
- Answer questions related to order status backorders restrictions reviews and referrals.
- Partner with Order Management Customer Assistance IT and other subject matter experts to resolve issues.
- Work with XPO the Traffic Office and ACDelco Logistics to provide shipment tracking and support improvements in delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Quality leadership IC/Quality Clerks and hourly teams to communicate customer concerns and identify root causes.
- Input research approve or deny customer claims and material returns using Parts Workbench or host systems.
- Review material return documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Present claims exceeding approval thresholds to the Plant Manager.
- Train customers on Claims and Material Return processes including use of Parts Workbench.
- Maintain daily communication with Field Sales to coordinate customer issue resolution.
- Support National Accounts including Amazon Advance NAPA OReilly Carquest AutoZone and CoMan accounts.
- Attend daily supervisor meetings to communicate customer issues and understand operational priorities.
- Participate in Retail Claims and ACDelco Operational Excellence initiatives.
Your Skills & Abilities(Required Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Customerfocused and resultsdriven approach
- Proficiency with basic math and logistics/warehouse systems

- Experience with claims material returns and order management
- Distribution warehouse or dealer support experience
