PRN Weekend Scheduler
Behind every great home health visit is a scheduler who makes it happen.
At Elara Caring delivering the right care at the right time starts with strong coordination. Our teams support more than 60000 patients each day across the country and scheduling plays a key role in making sure patients receive timely care in their homes.
This remote PRN weekend role supports our clinical teams and helps ensure patients are seen when they need care.
You will work one 8 hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday assisting with scheduling coordination and communication between clinicians patients and the care team.

What You Will Do
Coordinate and schedule home health patient visits
Communicate with field clinicians regarding visit schedules
Assist with adjustments to schedules based on patient needs
Maintain accurate scheduling documentation
Support coordination between clinicians patients and leadership
Ensure patient visits are scheduled efficiently and on time
What You Will Bring
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Dedication to supporting quality patient care
One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred
