Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Full-time Day Shift Senior Guest Services Coordinator.
Shift/Hours:
Full-time 40 hours a week working Day Shift.
The Guest Services Specialist oversees and is accountable for the daily operations of the Guest Services Team including staff scheduling and training
Oversee daily operations of the guest services team to ensure high-quality service. Train mentor and evaluate team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor and analyze guest service metrics to identify areas for improvement. Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals and performance. Maintain knowledge of services to assist guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Education
High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Certification/Licensure
Drivers License - Certification - Other/National (Required)
Experience
5 years of Customer Service Experience (Required)
Strong Administrative/Clerical Experience (Preferred)
Confident Leadership Experience (Preferred)
