Lead and shape comprehensive benefits programs for attorneys and staff
Partner with firm leadership on strategy budgeting and program design
Own open enrollment and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as the firms subject matter expert on benefits and compliance
Work in a fast-paced collaborative law firm environment
The Ideal Candidate:
57 years of progressive benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of ERISA ACA HIPAA COBRA FMLA and related laws
Experience managing retirement plans and vendor relationships
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
Highly organized analytical and detail-oriented
