Qualified applicants must be licensed as a Massachusetts Chapter 74 Carpentry Instructor or possess the qualifications to become this role the qualified candidate would develop and deliver carpentry lessons to high school students enrolled in grades 9 through 12. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in all phases of rough framing interior and exterior finish work print reading and estimating skills and a working knowledge of current Massachusetts State Building Codes. Previous teaching experience preferred with a focus on training and mentoring students to learn the skills and competencies necessary to be successful in the carpentry industry.
