Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Mental Health Coordinator to deliver clinical mental health services within a structured facility setting. This role focuses on providing non-medical mental health support including assessments treatment planning counseling and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise sound judgment and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
• Develop implement and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional levels
• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services
• Accurately document assessments treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
• Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience including at least 2 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and therapeutic practices
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured fast-paced environment

Education & Licensure

• Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a related field
• Active and unrestricted LPC LCSW or LMFT license in the state of practice
• Valid drivers license preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
