Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Mental Health Coordinator to deliver clinical mental health services within a structured facility setting. This role focuses on providing non-medical mental health support including assessments treatment planning counseling and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise sound judgment and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
Develop implement and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional levels
Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services
Accurately document assessments treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques and interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience including at least 2 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and therapeutic practices
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured fast-paced environment
Education & Licensure
Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a related field
Active and unrestricted LPC LCSW or LMFT license in the state of practice
