Service Manager

The goal of the Service Manager is to run an effective and profitable service department through accurate staffing controlling all costs retaining valuable customers reaching goals and maintaining all applicable service records.

What Youll Do:

• Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction even if it means overcoming obstacles
• Develop and implement a marking plan to promote new and repeat business
• Hire train motivate and develop all service department staff
• Keep up-to-date on all industry-specific information and dealership policies and procedures
• Understand and keep abreast of all Federal State and local regulations that affect service operations such as hazardous waste disposal OSHA etc.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
• Monitor and control the performance of the department using appropriate reports tracking systems surveys

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Acura experience preferred
• Dealership experience required
• Holds an inherit focus towards exceptional customer service
• Enjoys leading in a dynamic environment that requires a competitive and confident attitude
• Has empathy towards customers and their problems
• Requires high standards and delivers them to set an example

Qualifications:

• Two years in an automotive service department preferred
• Two years of college with a strong emphasis on business skills preferred
• One year of supervisory experience
• Luxury German Experience required
• Valid Drivers License
