Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will play a critical role in assessing patient needs administering treatments and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to established clinical standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive nursing assessments
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor and evaluate patient vital signs and clinical conditions
Develop implement and update individualized care plans
Accurately document patient information in EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety
Respond effectively to medical emergencies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work variable shifts
Certifications & Licensure
Active RN License (required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association (required)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
