We are seeking a results-oriented Contract Technical Recruiter to join our this full-cycle role you will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate brings a background in high-growth environmentsspecifically within staffing agencies or consulting firmswhere speed quality and adaptability are paramount.
Role Overview
Type: Contract
Scope: Full Life Cycle (Sourcing through Offer Management)
Focus: Technical Engineering Data Science and Specialty Consulting roles
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite at Infinitive HQ)
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake sessions with hiring managers sourcing screening scheduling and offer negotiations.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub etc.) to build a robust pipeline of passive technical candidates.
Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador ensuring a professional transparent and high-touch experience for every candidate.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with leadership to understand complex technical requirements and provide regular updates on pipeline health and market trends.
Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial technical phone screens to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment within a consulting/client-facing framework.
Required Qualifications
Availability: Ability to be onsite at Infinitive HQ 3 days per week.
Experience: 3 years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in a staffing agency or consulting servicesenvironment.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various modern tech stacks including AWS Databricks Azure.
Full-Cycle Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment funnel independently.
Adaptability: Proven success in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high-volume requirements.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell opportunities to high-level talent.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized Sourcing: Specific experience sourcing and placing Databricks Engineers Data Architects or professionals within the Spark/Delta Lake ecosystem.
ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using JazzHRfor candidate tracking pipeline management and reporting.
Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP) and MLOps terminology.
Network: An existing pool of pre-vetted data engineering and cloud talent.
