Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a structured healthcare setting. The LPN will be responsible for patient assessments medication administration and accurate documentation while supporting overall patient care and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor health conditions
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Support daily patient care activities to ensure comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver effective care

Required Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Illinois
  • Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Strong clinical organizational and communication skills
