Pay:$23.18
Schedule: Full-Time 2nd Shift (1PM-9:30PM)

Position Overview

Key Staffing is currently seeking experiencedIndustrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations within a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical experience who are comfortable working in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and processing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
• Maintain conveyors motors gearboxes pumps and other industrial machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
• Assist with equipment installations upgrades and modifications
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge ofmechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience troubleshooting motors VFDs sensors and PLCs is a plus
• Familiarity with food processing agriculture or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand walk bend and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial environments
