In the fast-paced world of automotive retail our people are our biggest asset. Youll be the one ensuring that our people are being taken care of! We are looking for some high character and high potential. Someone that want to continue to grow in the automotive industry.
What Youll Do:
- Payroll: You will be doing a bi-weekly payroll for the entire store.
- Compliance & Benefits:Keep us compliant with labor laws and manage our competitive benefits packages.
- Employee Relations:Be the trusted go-to for all staff inquiries and conflict resolution.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of HR Management experience (bonus points if its in AutomotiveorRetail).
- A get it done attitudeyou thrive in a busy hands-on environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and open attitude.
