Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based practices sound clinical judgment and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care across diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical psychosocial and educational needs
Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients families and healthcare teams
Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and monitor patient responses adjusting care as necessary
Administer medications treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Recognize changes in patient conditions and escalate care appropriately to ensure timely intervention
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams using structured handoff methods (e.g. SBAR)
Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatment plans discharge instructions and preventive care
Maintain compliance with infection control standards safety guidelines and quality assurance measures
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment
Care planning and coordination
Medication administration and safety
Critical thinking and emergency response
Effective communication and teamwork
Patient and family education
Knowledge of infection control and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or Compact State)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Solid understanding of evidence-based nursing practices and patient-centered care
