ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operate and monitor the minor tunnel Softrol soil rail system and Milnor dryers according to established procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Monitor computer systems to track the progress of laundry batches through the tunnel and dryer systems.
• Adjust settings as necessary to achieve optimal results in terms of cleanliness and dryness of laundry.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or escalate to maintenance team as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English; Bilingual a plus
• Proven experience in operating industrial laundry equipment preferred.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in operating industrial laundry equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Rarely on average 5% of travel on a quarterly basis

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position works in an operations environment with odors and/or dust and cleaning and laundry chemicals. Additionally this job operates in a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers phones copiers faxes and filing cabinets.
