The Account Executive owns new logo acquisition and is responsible for progressing opportunities from qualification through close. The AE leads complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles by aligning Mosais solutions to measurable clinical operational and financial outcomes.
Job Duties:
- Own full-cycle new logo sales motion
- Diligently prospect Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive new-logo pipeline development
- Lead discovery to identify critical business issues (CBIs) and quantify value
- Build and manage multi-threaded stakeholder relationships (clinical operational executive)
- Develop and validate ROI / VOI (Value on Investment) business cases
- Orchestrate internal resources (Clinical Pre-Sales RevOps)
- Drive deal strategy negotiation and close
- Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success and Account Management
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- 510 years of enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare the broader healthcare industry or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong financial and value-based selling skills
- Consistent quota attainment
Work Environment
- This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville near Mosais offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
- Travel required to clients conferences and prospects as needed.
