The Account Executive owns new logo acquisition and is responsible for progressing opportunities from qualification through close. The AE leads complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles by aligning Mosais solutions to measurable clinical operational and financial outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Own full-cycle new logo sales motion
• Diligently prospect Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive new-logo pipeline development
• Lead discovery to identify critical business issues (CBIs) and quantify value
• Build and manage multi-threaded stakeholder relationships (clinical operational executive)
• Develop and validate ROI / VOI (Value on Investment) business cases
• Orchestrate internal resources (Clinical Pre-Sales RevOps)
• Drive deal strategy negotiation and close
• Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success and Account Management
• All other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 510 years of enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales
• Experience selling into home-based healthcare the broader healthcare industry or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
• Strong financial and value-based selling skills
• Consistent quota attainment

Work Environment

• This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville near Mosais offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
• Travel required to clients conferences and prospects as needed.
