Senior Aseptic Validation Engineer

Krones Inc. is looking for multiple Senior Aseptic Validation Engineers to serve as the subject matter expert for the validation of aseptic blowmolding and filling technology; develop validation protocols in accordance with local and federal (FDA) food safety laws; support project execution with audits and collaboration to ensure equipment readiness for the validation stage; ensure proper interface between the company subsidiaries customers and third-party process authorities; execute validation of aseptic blowmolding and filling at customer sites; and train validation engineers. This position is based in Franklin Wisconsin.

Required:

• 5 years of experience with validation for process aseptic or filling machines;
• 5 years of experience in microbiology laboratory aseptic operations and validation of process filling machines;
• 5 years of experience in Beverage aseptic operations;
• 5 years of experience with microbiological quality controls;
• 5 years of experience collecting microbiological samples processing and evaluation;
• 5 years of experience with commissioning and validation of process filling machines;
• 5 years of experience with filling process fault analysis data evaluation (LDS) rectification and reporting;
• Open to 100% Travel domestic and international
