Sentara Leigh Hospital located in Norfolk VA is hiring a Full Time RN (Registered Nurse) in our Pre-Anesthesia Surgical Screening Services Department.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse

Surgical Services experience preferred

Position Overview:

• Full Time; 72 hours per pay period (one day off in a two week period)

• Start times may vary from 0630 - 0830. Flexibility is key.

• All outpatient surgical patients in the main operating room and ambulatory surgery center

• This position is in-house; not remote

• The RN hired into this position will be cross-trained on every job in the department (i.e. utility nurse) including calling patients chart reviews acting in a clinic RN role (medical clearances risk factors etc.) PASS Associate (administrative duties)

Sentara Leigh Hospital located in Norfolk VA is a 274-bed acute care facility that opened in 1903 and relocated to its present site in 1977.
