Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process
• Achieve monthly sales goals set by sales management
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features performance and available options
• Build rapport with customers by asking questions and actively listening
• Conduct test drives following dealership procedures
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product offerings
• Review performance regularly to improve efficiency and sales results

Qualifications

• Previous Luxury automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• A background check and drug screen will be required for this position.
