Utah Area Facilities Lifecycle Intern

Job Summary
Support efforts to improve asset data quality lifecycle planning and operational consistency across facilities. This role focuses on assisting the Lifecycle team in validating asset information identifying data gaps and contributing to tools and processes that drive better maintenance and capital planning decisions.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate asset data throughout the area
- Identify anomalies inconsistencies and one-off entries within datasets
- Support QA/QC efforts to improve reliability of facilities data
- Assist with facility condition assessments and lifecycle analysis including calculating FCI (Facility Condition Index)and EUL (Estimated Useful Life) and CRV (current replacement value)
- Contribute to development and refinement of Annual Plan
- Work within platforms such as Corrigoand other asset management systems
- Assist in tagging assets and aligning preventive maintenance
- Help develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in creating training materials and videosfor internal use
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management Facilities Management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or similar tools
- Ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly
- Interest in facilities operations construction asset management or capital planning
- Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
