How youll contribute:

A Program Director Rehabilitationwho excels in this role:

Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program

Plans directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met

Accountable for and contribute to program development quality improvement and problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion

What were looking for:

Applicants should have a bachelors degree in occupational therapy physical therapy or speech therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred

Provision of own transportation

Computer and current technology competence required
