Our Production Operators play a key role in preparing final products for shipping and distribution while ensuring safety and quality standards are role offers:Competitive pay at $19/hourOvertime opportunitiesPaid breaks during shiftsOpportunities for promotion and career advancementPosition Responsibilities - Production OperatorPrepare final products for shipping and distributionSafely handle and carry glass pieces of various sizes shapes and thickness weighing up to 80 lbsLift and move racks/box lids weighing 2040 lbs repetitivelyExecute daily run schedules resolve quality issues and escalate unresolved issuesParticipate in team goal-setting and job assignments to support continuous improvementOperate and troubleshoot production equipmentConduct required quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are metWear all required PPE (safety shoes glasses sleeves earplugs dust masks respirators etc.)Position Qualifications - Production OperatorRequired:Basic computer skillsFamiliarity with safety protocolsStrong teamwork and communication skillsMust be able to work in high temp work environmentPreferred:1 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments1 years of machine operator experiencePreventive and predictive maintenance experience
