Field Service Technician I (Entry-Level)

Looking to start a hands-on career where you can learn real skills work with your hands and grow into something bigger This is your hiring a Field Technician Ian entry-level role designed for someone whos mechanically inclined eager to learn and ready to get their foot in the advanced experience neededjust the right mindset.

What Youll Do

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment in the field
• Travel to customer job sites alongside experienced technicians
• Learn how to diagnose mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems
• Assist with inspections and service work
• Keep tools equipment and work areas organized and safe
• Build hands-on skills that grow into a long-term career

What Were Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude (you like working with your hands or fixing things)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Interest in construction equipment diesel or similar trades
• Valid drivers license

Bonus if you have:

• Trade school exposure or certifications
• Basic experience with tools or equipment
• Any mechanical automotive or labor background
