S&L Hospitality along with Lundys Ice Cream Shop in Waunakee WI. is now accepting applications for part time Ice Cream Scoopers!

We are looking for hard-working individuals with exceptional customer service skills who enjoy a fast paced fun flexible atmosphere and a love for premium ice cream.

Ideal candidates have daytime/afternoon and early evening availability to work starting at 1pm Monday-Friday and will be approximately 15-20 hours throughout the week.

The starting wage for this role is $13/hour and may be eligible for tips.

Heres the scoop on being an Ice Cream Scooper:

• Must be able to work a member of our team in order to deliver the best product and experience for our customers
• Be knowledgeable of our companys history vision and willingness to share our passion for ice cream
• Be knowledgeable of our flavors as well as the ingredients and where to direct customers for further information
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and members our the team
• Communicate with team and leadershipabout products and inventory concerns
• Responsible for shift checklists regular cleaning professional appearance and attitude
• Practice company safety and proper food handing at all times
• All other duties as assigned by the locations leadership team
• Be at least 16 years old

Skills and qualifications for an Ice Cream Shop Scooper:

• Ability to operate the locations POS (point of sale) system
• Experience with cash handling
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Exposure to various temperatures throughout the building including cooler temperatures when in any walk-in coolers or freezers
• Exposure to various noises including POS telephone music
• Prior customer service experience preferred
