RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach Greet and Offer Assistance Or Direction To Any Customer Who Enters The Dealership Showroom or Sales Lot
- Maintain and/or Exceed Flag Hours/Goals As Required By Dealer
- Test-Drive Vehicles Test Components and Systems and Utilize Diagnostic Tools and Special Service Equipment To Diagnose and Repair Customer Vehicles
- Perform Work Specified On The Repair Order With Efficiency and In Accordance With Dealership Policies and Procedures
- Communicate Directly With The Service Writer To Report Any Safety Needs or Additional Service Needed.
- Providing As Accurate As Possible Estimates Of Time Needed and Cost for All Repairs
- Ensure Work Efficiency To Complete Customer Repairs In A Timely Manner
- Maintain Accurate Records Of All Maintenance and Repair Work
- Execute Repairs Under Warranty To Manufacturer Specifications and Within Their Required Guidelines
- Maintain The Work Area In A Clean And Orderly Condition and Follow Prescribed Safety Regulations
- Maintain Required Levels Of Acura Certification
- Other Duties As Requested Or Assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Automotive Experience Preferred
- Degree or Specific Training In Automotive Science Preferred But Not Required
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
- Valid Drivers License
- Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software and Ability To Learn Other Computer-Based Tools for Client-Facing and A Majority Of Roles
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
