Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Emergency Room team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rapid assessment critical thinking and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform triage and comprehensive assessments of incoming patients
- Administer medications and emergency treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Assist physicians and healthcare teams during emergency procedures
- Continuously monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Maintain accurate timely and thorough documentation of patient care
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Minimum of 12 years of Emergency Room experience required
- Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
