Benefits & HR Associate

Position Responsibilities:

• Administer US benefits programs including health dental vision life insurance disability retirement plans and leave of absences.
• Serve as the first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries guiding employees through enrollment claims and policy changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits including enrollment forms benefit summaries and plan documents.
• Coordinate open enrollment periods including scheduling information sessions and preparing communication materials.
• Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
• Monitor automated feeds to benefit vendors and troubleshoot any issues with HRIS colleagues
• Partner with payroll to ensure benefit deductions are accurate and timely.
• Partner with accounting to ensure HR and benefit invoices are paid accurately and timely.
• Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys wellness programs and recognition events.
• Coordinate with external vendors for immigration tax and relocation services related to international assignments.
• Other duties as assigned

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
