RN Associate Director of Nursing Services

Your Role:

• Establishes and maintains systems to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and State of Florida licensure standards.
• Demonstrates an understanding of diversity.

• Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues visitors and patients.
• Promote a consistent consolidated direction for nursing care provision throughout nursing service in accordance with nursing services philosophy and the hospitals and BHC services missions.
• Manages departmental budgetary responsibilities.
• Responsible for all BHC nursing and technician staff functions.
• Collects analyzes and reports quality data.
• Performs other duties.

Reports To:Dir/Inpatient Services (job code (JC): 110101

Supervises:RN Registered Nurse/Nurse Manager (JC: 031001) Administrative Coordinator (JC: 060206) and RN/Assistant Nurse Manager (JC: 030303)

Required Education:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in nursing from a program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)

Required Experience:

• Four (4) years progressively responsible nursing administration experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Licensed as an RN in accordance with Florida Statutes (F.S.) Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations) Chapter 464 (Nursing) Part I (Nurse Practice Act) includes multistate compact licensure
