Title: Strings Instructor
Time Status: Part-Time
Reports to: Director of GPAC
Summary:
The Strings Instructor for Grace Performing Arts Center will provide string lessons while fostering a Christ-centered and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
The Strings Instructor for Grace Performing Arts Center will provide string lessons while fostering a Christ-centered and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
Develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual students needs and goals.
Prepare students for recitals showcases and assessments.
Foster a positive and Christ-centered learning environment.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Collaborate with the Director of GPAC and follow all policies to enhance the GPACs
offerings and program.

Qualifications:
Must be a follower of Jesus Christ and have a lifestyle that demonstrates biblical integrity.
Committed to the core values of Grace Baptist Church.
Proven experience as a strings instructor.
Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels.
A positive attitude at all times and poise under pressure.
High attention to detail and accuracy with complete follow-through.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills.
