Roles and Responsibilities:

• Application Deployment and Maintenance: Manage the deployment configuration and maintenance of applications in various environments.

• Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor application performance identify issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve computer and software incidents ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.

• Collaboration: Work closely on development QA and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

• Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline application operations and improve efficiency.

• Documentation: Maintain documentation of application configurations processes and procedures.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance application operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Partner with product service owners on new service introductions changes and transitions to operations.

• Cultivate relationships with customers and suppliers reviewing innovative ideas and improving resolution processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
