Job Summary
Were hiring Line Cooks as we gear up for patio season at The Train Shed at Union Station! This is a fast-paced kitchen so were looking for someone who can take direction stay cool under pressure and work well with a team.
What We Need:
- Previous experience in a full service kitchen or as a line cook
- Ability to work under pressure maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Dependable team-oriented and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items correctly with speed and attention to detail
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation portion and quality standards
- Stock your station and help keep kitchen clean
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures keeping health standards top of mind
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
