Summary of Job Duties:
Were seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team bringing expertise in painting drywall finishing and general this hands-on role youll take ownership of projects from start to finishprepping and applying paint or stain on a variety of surfaces repairing and finishing sheetrock and ensuring high-quality results using industry best practices.Beyond painting youll play a key role in maintaining our facilities by supporting a range of tasks including minor carpentry flooring plumbing HVAC/mechanical electrical work and preventative maintenance. Youll also assist with demolition projects safely removing walls ceilings floors and other structures as needed.
This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented safety-conscious and comfortable working with tools ladders scaffolding and spray equipment. Strong organizational skills are essential as youll also complete documentation within our Engineering & Operations work order system. If youre a proactive team player who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a variety of tasks wed love to have you on board!
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of maintenance experience.
- Valid Drivers license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record.
- Basic Computer/Tablet/Phone skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Painter experience and/or experience in a healthcare or other regulated environment.
- Intermediate Computer/Tablet/Phone skills.
