Solution Architect Enterprise Platforms

This is an opportunity for a strategic and technically driven Solution Architect to provide leadership across a broad Enterprise Platforms ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining and guiding future state architecture for SaaS and homegrown enterprise solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technology best practices.

The Solution Architect will ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements by creating detailed technical designs facilitating cross-organizational alignment and ensuring technical and quality strategies work in concert. The ideal candidate brings both architectural vision and hands-on technical depth with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

This role supports a portfolio of industry-leading SaaS platforms and homegrown solutions including Salesforce Salesforce Marketing Cloud MuleSoft Adobe Workday PeopleSoft Hyperion and ServiceNow as well as digital document management and retrieval systems and solutions supporting corporate security and facilities management.

What Youll Do

Architectural Strategy & Vision

• Assess the current state of the Enterprise Platforms ecosystem and define a strategic target state architecture for the next 35 years.
• Develop and maintain a modernization roadmap to drive platform scalability efficiency and innovation.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and business stakeholders to align platform strategy with business objectives.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Support

• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and technical leads including guidance on GitLab CI/CD Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and automation for repeatable tasks and testing.
• Mentor and coach team members to elevate technical practices and architectural thinking.
• Ensure robust integration patterns and API strategies using MuleSoft and other middleware solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Modernization

• Advocate for and implement best practices in cloud adoption integration security and automation.
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions to strengthen the Enterprise Platforms ecosystem.
• Drive standardization and optimization across the portfolio to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency.

What Skills You Need

• 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in designing and integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce Workday Adobe MuleSoft PeopleSoft and Hyperion.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) with emphasis on AWS architecture and common services including Lambda EKS EC2 IAM S3 Secrets Manager Private Link and ECR.
• Strong understanding of GitLab CI/CD containerization with Kubernetes and Docker and Istio service mesh.
• Expertise with Java Python and Spring Boot to design and build microservices and automations.
• Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and architectural strategies.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices and modern development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of AI automation and data-driven decision-making as applied to enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Security models and compliance frameworks.
