Outbound Seasonal Operations Associate
Reports To: Outbound Supervisor

About the Role

This is a hands-on fast-paced role on our warehouseteam where you help get customer orders out the door quickly and accurately. Youll be part of the final step in the fulfillment process which means what you do directly impacts the customer experience.

On any given day you might be picking items packing orders gift boxing or preparing shipments. Its fast-paced physical work that requires attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.

We also see this role as a starting point. If you show reliability initiative and a willingness to step up theres an opportunity to grow into a coach role where youll help support and guide others on the team.

Success in this role comes down to consistently hitting productivity and accuracy goals maintaining quality and being a positive presence on the floor.

This is a seasonal position supporting our Mothers Day peak. The role is expected to run through the Mothers Day season with schedules and duration based on business needs. The role begins April 20th.

This position pays $21 per hour.

We see this role as a potential starting point. Team members who demonstrate strong performance reliability and initiative may have opportunities to continue with us or grow into future roles including coaching positions during our Q4 peak season based on business needs.

What Youll Do

• Pick pack gift box and ship customer orders with care and accuracy
• Meet daily productivity quality and accuracy standards
• Use warehouse systems to scan and process orders
• Work with urgency while staying flexible as priorities shift
• Keep your workspace clean organized and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
• Jump in where needed to help the operation run smoothly

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse fulfillment center or similar environment is a plus
• Leadership or team lead experience is a strong bonus but not required
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset
• Ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Comfortable standing and moving for 7 hours per shift
• Reliable punctual and ready to work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Open availability preferred
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
