Mobile Service Technician

Maplecrest Ford is seeking a dependable and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently takes pride in quality workmanship and values delivering an excellent customer experience.

As a Mobile Service Technician you will represent Maplecrest Ford in the field by providing routine maintenance and light repair services at customers homes offices and other approved locations. This position combines technical skill organization and strong customer service.

No dealership experience required. Automotive experience is preferred but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.

If you have hands-on automotive service experience a strong work ethic and can represent the dealership professionally we want to talk to you.

What youll do

• Perform oil changes batteries wipers filters and other light maintenance
• Complete recalls and basic inspections as assigned
• Provide professional friendly service to customers at each stop
• Communicate vehicle needs clearly with customers and the service team
• Keep the mobile service vehicle clean organized and properly stocked
• Follow dealership processes for documentation safety and quality control

What were looking for and provide

• Automotive service experience preferred
• Mobile service training is provided
• No Tools required Mobile Units come fully equipped with all tools
• Dealership experience is not required
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong attitude reliability and customer-service mindset
• Ford experience is a plus but not required
