What You Will Do
- Provide attentive fine-dining level service to residents and guests
- Greet residents and guests present menus and describe menu items and daily specials
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings including ingredients and preparation methods
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident and guest needs
- Set clear and maintain tables to ensure a clean and organized dining environment
- Assist with dining room setup for daily service and special events
- Support catering and special event service including room setup and coordination with kitchen staff
- Operate POS and reservation systems for dining and events
- Communicate orders allergies and special requests clearly to team members
- Participate in opening and closing procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Follow all sanitation food safety and infection control guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
What You Bring
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
- Friendly professional attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
