Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician at Headquarter Hyundai is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the property remains clean safe and operational.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical work
• Perform basic carpentry as needed
• Maintain upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
• Regularly inspect the facility and identify issues
• Address maintenance issues promptly
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
• Assist with moving furniture or equipment
• Maintain tools and supplies
• Support seasonal facility projects
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance preferred
• Must be flexible with schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Adhere to the companys dress code policy
• Attention to detail reliability and strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
